The bigger idea (Introduction)

"Why? How? What?" Is that something you might have said? Well, worry not! Cause
today I will be answering all of those and more.

• Why?

The original idea was to start writing my thoughts more, a way to let my thoughts
out to be free. I never thought about making a website and starting a blog of my
own but after a friend of mine started his own I was inspired to do so myself.

The idea stayed as an idea for a couple of months until finally I did it. That is
what you are looking at now. I started this out with no knowledge of HTML and CSS
and I still don't know shit. To be honest, it turned out better than I expected but
of course that's my opinion. There are many things I would like to add in the near
future but I won't spoil anything for you all :) (hint: cat gallery).

• How?

The entire website is built purely with HTML and CSS. I decided not to use JavaScript
for this since 1. I don't know anything about JavaScript and 2. I wanted it to be
as simple and minimal as possible.

I didn't have a clear picture of what the website was gonna look like in the start.
All I knew was that I wanted to have a navigation bar on the right trapped in a little
box with LOADS of badges to the side.

Originally this site was hosted using Neocities, that was before I actually decided
to the buy a domain for it. Now trif.moe is being hosted by a friend of mines server.
